Today, a DIY outdoor movie night is relatively easy to throw together. All you need is a projector, a white sheet, and some yummy snacks (we recommend popcorn with an authentic movie theater popcorn machine).
If your team is smaller, bring the drive-in movie vibes without the “driving!” Invite employees to bring their own lawn chair and enjoy a fun show together!
4. Luau
We especially love this party theme in the fall and winter months, when everyone is yearning for tropical summer heat and a nice sunny day at the beach. A luau theme is super easy to throw together in any venue with the right decorations. You might even be able to find leis, fake flowers, and grass skirts at your local dollar store.
