Whether you are planning a casino night fundraiser, looking to elevate the next corporate family picnic, or exploring ideas for your after-prom or graduation celebration, the Fun Services Midwest Open House is the perfect time to brainstorm ideas and get a firsthand look at all the possibilities for taking your event up a notch.
If you’re still on the fence, here are four reasons why you should hop on over to the Open House:
1. See Rentals In-Person
While we try to provide photos and measurements for each of our party rentals in the catalogue, nothing compares to seeing the real thing! The main purpose of our Open House is to let our customers get up close and personal with some of our most popular or newest rentals.
You’ll be able to ask questions, get a better visual idea of what different rentals might look like at your event, and maybe—if you’re lucky—give one or two a try! If you’re on the fence over which rental to choose for your next birthday bash or festival, this is your chance to see them in action and make an informed decision.
2. Meet the Fun Services Staff
While some rentals you may opt to appoint your own staff person for, others could use more professional guidance with set-up, takedown, or even supervision during your event. Our incredible staff will help however you need us to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
At the Open House, you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of the staff who may help set up rentals at your event, as well as the leadership team who is constantly working hard to help prepare your bookings. We also will have some of our entertainers on-site at the Open house!
3. Sample the Concessions
If you’re only here for the food, we’ll make sure it’s worth it! Come enjoy some of our top-rated concessions to fill your belly and decide which snacks your guests will salivate over at your big event this year. From our classic movie theater popcorn machine to make-it-yourself pucker powder, our concessions are the cherry on top of any event sundae!
4. Explore New Rentals for 2025
If you’ve visited one of our previous Open House events and think you’ve already seen it all, just take a peek at what’s in store for you with our new 2025 rentals! By coming to the Open House, you’ll get to see some of our newest inflatables, carnival games, and mechanical rides before they’ve even hit the Kansas City event circuit. You might even become the very first person to book one of our exciting new rentals!
